1. যার প্রধান কাজ শরীরে ইনসুলিন তৈরীতে ভূমিকা পালনকারী অঙ্গগুলোকে সক্রিয় করা।ফলাফল, শরীরে ইনসুলিন তৈরী হওয়া এবং শরীর ডায়াবেটিস্ মুক্ত হওয়া।
2. বিভিন্ন জন ডায়াবেটিস নিয়ন্ত্রনে বিভিন্ন প্রচলিত পদ্ধতি গ্রহন করেন, তথা ইনসুলিন, ট্যাবলেট, ক্যাপসুল ইত্যাদি।ডায়াবেটিস হয়ে গেছে এমন কেউ যদি এই ‘ডায়কেয়ার’ ঔষুধটি নিয়ম মত ধৈর্য্য্ ধরে সেবন করে যেতে পারেন,আপনার শরীরে ইনসুলিন তৈরী হবে স্বাভাবিক হারে এবং এক সময় এই ঔষুধটিও সেবন করতে হবে খুব সামান্য পরিমানে। যেখানে বর্তমান প্রচলিত চিকিৎসা পদ্ধতিতে ঔষুধ সেবন বা গ্রহনের মাত্র ক্রমাম্বয়ে বাড়তে থাকে।

4. প্রথম দিকে “ডায়কেয়ার” ঔষুধ টির পাশাপাশি আপনার নিয়মিত ঔষুধগুলো চলবে।যখন আপনার সুগার লেবেল নিয়ন্ত্রন পর্যায়ে অর্থাৎ ৬ বা ৭ বা ৮ হবে এবং তা নিয়মিত হবে, তখন আপনার ঔষুধ, তথা ট্যাবলেট বা ক্যাপসুল সেবনের হার কিছুটা কমাতে হবে, আর ইনসুলিন হলে তা কিছু পরিমান, যেমন ২০ থাকলে ১৭ বা ১৮ করতে হবে।৭ থেকে ১০ দিন যাবার পর যদি ফলাফল একই থাকে, তাহলে আবারও কিছুটা কমাতে হবে ঔষুধের পরিমান। এভাবে ক্রমাম্বয়ে কমাতে কমাতে এক সময় সেই প্রচলিত ঔষুধগুলো বাদ হয়ে যাবে । এভাবে ক্রমাম্বয়ে প্রচলিত ঔষুধ ত্যাগের পর, পর্যায়ক্রমে কমিয়ে আনতে হবে এই আমাদের চলতি “ডায়কেয়ার” ঔষুধ টিও। যেমন, দিনে ৩টার স্থলে ২টা, ২টার স্থলে ১টা, ১টার স্থলে ১দিন পর পর, পরে ২ দিন পর পর, ৩ দিন পর পর এভাবে ইনশা আল্লাহ্ নিয়ন্ত্রনে চলে আসবে, অর্থাৎ, এই ‘ডায়কেয়ার’ ও একসময় ত্যাগের খাতায় চলে যাবে।

ডোজঃ

সুগার লেবেল ২০ বা তার বেশী হলে, ১টা করে তিন বেলা, আহারের ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে সেবন করতে হবে।সুগার লেবেল ১০ থেকে ২০ এর মধ্যে থাকলে, ১টা করে দুই বেলা, আহারের ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে সেবন করতে হবে। সুগার লেবেল ১০ এর নীচে থাকলে, ১টা করে এক বেলা, আহারের ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে সেবন করতে হবে।

Pharmacology

Effect of administration of the standardized extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves on learning, memory and exploratory behavior was estimated in water maze and hole-board tests. Rats (18-month old) received for three months at doses: 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg b.w. per day. After completion of the behavioral experiment, concentrations of neurotransmitters were estimated in selected brain regions. ANOVA demonstrated significant differences in the content of monoamines and metabolites between the treatment groups compared to the control. The increased level of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the hippocampus and 5-HIAA (5-HT metabolite) in the prefrontal cortex correlated positively with the retention of spatial memory. Positive correlation between platform crossings in SE during the probe trial and neurotransmitter turnover suggest improvement of spatial memory. Long-term administration of Ginkgo biloba extract can improve spatial memory and motivation with significant changes in the content and metabolism of monoamines in several brain regions.
